IV. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, the company takes no responsibility and will not be liable for the unavailability of the website or any loss arising from it.
V. Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of our company and we have no control over the content or availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
I. In order to secure your booking, you are required to accept the particular conditions expressed in the rate chosen by you for the date of your booking.
II. We have a minimum stay policy of 2 nights. If you are travelling in a group, there will be no discount for members of your group staying only one night.
III. When we have a last minute cancellation, we may, in order to make full use of the rooms, make the reservation for only one night available. We will do this on rare occasions and only at short notice.
IV. The person making the booking is responsible for disseminating all relevant information about the establishment to the rest of the group. This includes these TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the information contained in email correspondence between the company and the person making the booking.
I. Payment is made by the method of payment chosen by the person making the booking.
II. Payment will be made according to the particular policy of the chosen rate and may range from the most restrictive which is Non-Refundable to the most flexible which allows cancellation or modification up to 2 days before the arrival date.
III. All reservations must be prepaid prior to arrival.
IV. Payment is in Euros only.
5. Booking changes and cancellations
I. Will be predetermined by the rate chosen at the time of booking.
II. Notwithstanding the above, where we are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to move your booking, subject to availability, to a date convenient to you. Where we are unable to move your booking, we will refund the cost of the booking in full. This clause applies to all events beyond our control, including (but not limited to) fire or flood atLumbreras16, war, natural disasters, civil unrest, epidemics. In the event that bookings are moved or cancelled and refunded under this clause, we shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred in connection with the booking.
6. Damage deposit
I. All guests accommodated will accept a damage deposit of 200€.
II. This amount will not be paid on arrival. In the case of bookings made through marketing platforms, these platforms will be responsible for requesting this amount from the clients if necessary. For bookings made directly (via our website, by telephone or directly at front-desk), the client expressly agrees to pay this amount in the event of a dispute.
7. House rules.
I. Smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the entire establishment (except within the perimeter of the outside area specifically designated for this purpose). Failure to comply with this rule (in the event of consequences for the property such as hiring a special cleaning service to eliminate odours, burning of furniture or textiles in the flat or any of the property's installations, activation of the fire alarm system, etc.) will result in the loss of the amount stipulated as a damage deposit at the time of booking.
II. Parties and events. Parties and other events are strictly forbidden except those expressly authorised by the establishment, in which case the other guests of the building will be notified in advance.
III. Rest hours. Any noise between 22:00h and 09:00h is strictly forbidden.
IV. Failure to comply with any of the above points will result in the immediate cancellation and therefore the expulsion of the client from the establishment without any right to financial compensation and therefore with the total loss of the reservation.
